1 / Clean dry hair

Wash your hair the night before (Shampoo twice and condition your mid lengths and ends). Do not use any heat on your hair where possible as this will affect the way it styles. Comb and part your hair in your usual parting and leave to dry overnight.

2 / Clothing

Try to wear something white and with a similar neckline to your wedding dress style. This will help to visualise how your hair will look.

3 / Inspiration

Find some inspiration photos before your trial. Similar colour, length and texture to your own hair where possible. Take a look through my gallery for inspiration.

4 / Accessories

Bring any accessories or veil with you to your appointment. If you are unsure what you would like in your hair i have veils and accessories you can try/purchase.

5 / Payment

As stated in my T's & C's final payment is due at the time of your trial. I accept cash or card payments.

6 / Details

At your trial we will arrange final details for your wedding morning. We can confirm the bridal party numbers, timings and details of where you will be getting ready on the day.

Wedding day

1 / Clean Dry Hair

Wash your hair the night before (Shampoo twice and condition your mid lengths and ends). Do not use any heat on your hair where possible as this will affect the way it styles. Comb and part your hair in your usual parting and leave to dry overnight.

Make sure your hair is thoroughly dried before i style your hair unless you have booked for a blowdry

2 / Timings

You should have at least a rough idea of timings (arranged at the trial) for the wedding morning. Please be ready to have your hair done at the time agreed. Just one person being late to start can push back the entire schedule

3 / Accessories

Have all accessories ready for use and make me aware of any you wish to use before styling begins.

Have your veil hung somewhere easily accessable and if steaming your veil or dresses please do so the night before or in a seperate room as the steam will affect your hair styling.

The use of any hair extensions should be discussed prior to the wedding morning and must be 100% human hair to be styled with heat

4 / Styling

If you have not had a trial please bring realistic inspiration pictures. You can also see my gallery or social media for inspiration

5 / Clothing

Wear something sensible and easy to change out of after your hair is styled (e.g button up top)

6 / Space

I will need a standard height chair with room to move around it, nearby socket, reasonable lighting and a clear workspace

7 / Children & Animals

It is lovely when children and pets get to be a part of your wedding morning. As a mum of 3 children and 1 dog i understand that they can also be inquisitive so please ensure children & animals are supervised at all times to avoid any unwanted accidents around products, wires and hot tools

After your wedding day

1 / Taking your hair out

Take care when taking your hair style out. There will be pins, products, accessories and maybe even confetti to think about. Once you remove all hair pins (feel free to keep or discard these as you wish) give your hair a comb through with a tangle teaser or wide tooth comb starting by brushing the ends and then work your way up in sections. Wash your hair by shampooing twice first to remove all product build up and then continue as normal

2 / Supplier Lists

Make a list of all of the suppliers who have been a part of making your wedding day special and share this list with all of them. This way all of the content shared can be credited accordingly

3 / Reviews

After the hype of your big day has settled down be sure to leave your suppliers some much appreciated reviews

4 / Photographs

Please send me or tag me in your photos. I love to see how much fun you had after I left you on your wedding morning. I will only ever post photos with your permission and will never post anything until at least 24hrs after your wedding day and will always try to tag/credit you and your suppliers
